Subscribing
A one-year subscription to the Journal (six issues) is
available for $40 a year plus 7% NC sales tax ($42.80). Institutional subscriptions are $60
plus 7% NC sales tax ($64.20). Subscriptions rates for outside the continental United States
are $80.
We also sell a limited number
of single copies of back issues for $10 plus 7% NC sales tax ($10.70).
We do not have a copy service or back issues prior to January 2002. If you are interested
in ordering back issues from January 2002 to present, please call us at
